As one of the most popular infrared radiant emitters on the market, ceramic heater elements can be applied in a diverse range of industrial and engineering processes.
With typical heat applications including thermoforming, packaging, and annealing as well as being used as heaters for paint curing, printing, and drying, these robust ceramic heaters provide long-wave infrared radiation that’s both effective and efficient.
Each ceramic infrared heater element operates up to 750°C (1382°F) producing infrared wavelengths in the 2 – 10 micron range. Standard voltage is 230V and standard wattages range between 60W and 1000W.
Full technical data is available on each product page, with further information available on our infrared heat applications page or in our white paper reports.
Our range of long-wave, infrared ceramic elements – including trough, hollow, and flat elements, and infrared ceramic Edison screw bulbs – are CE marked with UL approval for full quality assurance and compliance.
