Quartz Halogen Infrared Tube Heaters

For fast thermal response industrial heat applications, these linear infrared quartz halogen heating elements have high-speed reaction times with high-temperature performance.

The quartz halogen heating elements – available in small, medium, and large sizes – make use of halogen gas allowing the supported tungsten filament to reach temperatures as high as 2600°C (4712°F). With a peak short-wavelength emission of ∼1.0 micron, they a maximum power output of 2000W (QHL model only).

Each element is fitted with industry-standard R7s terminations. With a suitable R7s holder at both ends, they’re used to mount the heater and provide the 240V electrical connection for each of the QHL, QHM and QHL sizes. Reflectors are also available for these elements.

A range of non-standard power outputs, voltage ratings, and termination types are available on request. Custom sizes are also available subject to a minimum order quantity of 25 units.
