Panel Heaters

Primarily used in thermoforming ovens and in various curing and drying applications, the custom-built Ceramicx infrared Panel Heater design makes for a very robust and efficient infrared heater.

With an operating life often in excess of 20,000 hours in many applications (depending on the operating temperature and environment), the standard power density across the heater surface is 1.5-2.3 W/cm² (10-15 W/in²). With a useful wavelength range between 4 – 6µm, a custom-built Ceramicx infrared Panel Heater is a tidy, easily mounted, and readily expanded heating solution.
