Flat Ceramic Infrared Heating Elements

A range of full flat, half flat, quarter flat, and square flat ceramic elements for a long-lasting and energy-efficient infrared heat source. Standard in any industrial, commercial, and domestic applications, the solid, flat cast heater body produces an even radiant output to target distance in some applications.

Each solid cast ceramic element consists of a high-temperature resistance alloy, embedded in a specially formulated ceramic body. Each FFE, HFE, and QFE convert 96% of its input power to heat, producing operating temperatures of up to a maximum of 750°C with a maximum power output of 1000W (FFE model only).
